Stockholm-listed B2B sports-betting provider Kambi has the resignation of CEO and co-founder Kristian Nyl茅n this morning (December 8).

The search for a new CEO at Kambi will 鈥渃ommence immediately鈥, according to聽Str枚m, with the company set to provide updates as they become available.
Alongside news of Nyl茅n鈥檚 resignation, Kambi also announced that it has put him forward for election to its board of members at its upcoming annual general meeting (AGM).

Kambi鈥檚 nomination committee has also proposed at the 2024 AGM that the board of directors should be extended, with the re-election of Anders Str枚m, Patrick Clase, Marlene Forsell and Cecilia de Leeuw, and that no deputy members should be elected until the 2025 AGM.
Alongside Nyl茅n, Kambi鈥檚 nomination committee has proposed that independent advisor and former Scientific Games managing director Benjie Cherniak should also become a new member of the board of directors.
Fellow co-founder Str枚m has also been proposed to remain as chair of the board.
Str枚m praised Nyl茅n鈥檚 contribution to the company, calling his contribution 鈥渃entral to our many achievements鈥.
